Will I be asked to do something that will embarrass me?
No. While people often associate stage hypnosis to all types of hypnosis, individuals are in complete control when hypnotized. A professional hypnotherapist would never ask you to reveal or do anything immoral or against your will and your subconscious will not say or do anything immoral or against your will. While hypnotized, you are completely aware of what is being said and you will feel extremely relaxed during and after the session.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are typically about 75 minutes
How many sessions will it take?
Typically 3 to 5 sessions but it all depends upon what you are wanting to achieve. You are in a partnership with me and I believe in client-based care. If it is a lifetime issue, it may take longer but you as the client will know whether or not you want to pursue additional appointments.
Are sessions effective if conducted on-line?
Yes. It does not matter whether or not you are in an office or having a Skype session. The main thing is to find a room that will allow you some private time for an hour. The room does not have to be void of any noise but it is important that you do not have interruptions.
What happens if there is a power outage? you will be aware of your surroundings and if something should happen, you will awaken within the allotted time.
